We conduct thorough assessments to gather all necessary information, including the individual’s preferences and wishes, to create a personalized care plan. Support is then provided by our highly trained staff, who work closely with the individuals we support and relevant stakeholders to maintain our person-centred approach.

Experienced in supporting individuals with mental health needs, including but not limited to schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, depression, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), anxiety, and forensic backgrounds.

The Retreat Crisis Houses

Our crisis services provide a safe, nonclinical environment for individuals experiencing a mental health or social crisis. With the support of experienced staff trained in crisis prevention, guests are empowered to co-produce a personalized recovery and well-being plan, helping them either safely return home or be referred to other appropriate support services as needed.

The Retreat

Our Retreat services operate 24/7, 365 days a year, offering guests short stays typically lasting 3-5 nights, with some extending up to 7 nights.

Guests can engage in therapeutic activities, including:

  • Arts & crafts
  • Creative writing & poetry
  • Guided 1:1 and group discussions
  • Cooking and baking
  • Music therapy
  • Mindfulness sessions
  • Yoga and other forms of exercise
  • Access to additional services relevant to their crisis
